Non-Surgical

A goal oriented approach to non-surgical spine care supervised by our physicians and surgeons when providing the proper medication and treatment plans for the best possible results.

The proper treatment options are discussed with the patient after a precise diagnosis. Most patients don’t require surgery, and we can provide effective non-surgical spinal treatment options. Our non-surgical treatments include:

  • Bracing

Spinal Orthosis, which include both neck and back braces, is a common spinal treatment used to support and stabilize areas of the body from to the lower back up to upper cervical spine

  • Epidural Injection

Epidural spinal injection is one of the most common non-surgical treatment options to relieve neck, arm, leg and back pain due to the inflammation of spinal nerves from different spine degenerative conditions such as herniated disc, spinal stenosis, spondylolysis, sciatica and many others.

  • Facet Joint Injection

Facet injections are a minimally-invasive non-surgical spine treatment for several conditions causing neck and back pain. It works by reducing the inflammation and irritation in the facet joints causing the pain.

  • Radiofrequency Ablation

Radiofrequency Ablation, one of the latest medical procedures available to manage neck and back pain, is a minimally-invasive procedure that uses radio-frequency energy (controlled heat) to disrupt specific nerves from sending pain signals to the brain, thus preventing the sensation of pain.

  • Spinal Cord Stimulation

Spinal cord stimulation (SCS) is a procedure that uses an electrical current for pain. A small pulse generator (SCS) with an built-in batteryis implanted in the back and sends electrical pulses to the spinal cord which interfere with the nerve impulses that cause the sensation of pain.

  • Stem Cell Injection

Stem cell injection, also known as bone marrow transplant, is a non-surgical procedure that replaces damaged or destroyed bone marrow with healthy bone marrow stem cells.

  • Trigger Point Injection

A trigger point can cause severe pain!  Trigger point injections relax the muscle and relieve pain by placing medications in the trigger point.
